Throughout the year, pedestrians and motorists who pass by the MWHC headquarters at 333 N. Charles Street can view a rotating window exhibit that showcases the work of Maryland women artists.

On
Saturday January 15, 2022, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., we welcome all to a free opening reception for Baltimore’s legendary Griot Grandmother Edna, whose African American hand-sewn quilts will be on display in the window until February 22, 2022.

Come meet the artist, see her traditional quilts and let us show you around our new exhibit space in the historic Marian House/Woman’s Industrial Exchange building
